Went there today for prom dress shopping, worst service ever. The staff was so rude, couldn't believe it.

I seriously have no idea why other broads are having problem with this particular store but I may have found the source of the issue at hand. I walked into the store about 2 months ago with two coworkers. My hubbytobe and I decided on a December wedding. If I could rate this place with no stars I would! The service here is horrible. I had an appointment at 6:30pm with the bride, mom and the aunt to get a dress for each one of us. Their where two appointment schedule for 6:30 for one person. We where the first ones to arrive. We waited and waited no one came to help us. Then the other party showed up and right away they got service. We didn't want to over react so we waited and waited a while longer. I made an appointment at 11, my stylist was 15 minutes late. She then showed me where the dresses where, and left me to grab my own after that. And never came back to check on me, because they double booked and she'd rather help another bride.
Went with daughter who was getting married. The sales woman was very nice, helpful and full of great advise. BUT the manager was HORRIBLE!!!! She was short, snippy made us wait more than 30 minutes on a sales person (we went on a weekday early afternoon). She asked us what we were looking for and was a total jerk when we explained it was an outside casual wedding, we wanted simple, no long train or over abundance of lace. Went in last night and had the worst experience I could have imagined. I went in with my best friend with an open mind trying to forget all of the awful things I have heard about the store only to immediately feel the negativety that was looming there. The woman even told me that because my wedding is so far off that they weren't going to let me try on any dresses. Seriously?
