I am not one to wright reviews but after this experience I thought people should know.... After going to a Bridal show in Loveland and talking to a David’s Bridal consultant at the show, I was really looking forward to trying on dresses with them. That’s where the fun ended, upon arrival for my appointment at 3:00pm it was a zoo. I had the worse time here. I am a young bride and they treated me like a joke. I found a dress online and ordered so it wouldn't give the lady commission. So upset with my experience, picking out a wedding dress is suppose to be the best day of wedding planning. And it was not. I would NEVER recommend davids bridal to anyone!
Anyone that comes to this David's Bridal DO NOT LET THEM ALTER YOUR DRESS. Ruined my daughter's dress ONE week before wedding. Now in addition to paying for a second dress the credit I did manage to get has now been changed to a new charge on my account! The only resolution now is to dispute the error....steer far far away from this store
Went here for my bridesmaid's dresses. Two out of the three associates we worked with were terrible. The first one pulled some dresses and said she would be back in a moment and she never did come back. The second one was trying to help us find dresses similar to the one I liked from their online store that they didn't have in stock. She kept pulling dresses for my girls out of their price ranges. Left in tears WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. Costumer service was terrible and that was with an appointment !
I was shopping for my wedding dress and the lady helping me paid little attention to me. She was too wrapped up with the other bride she was helping. I picked my dress and she left me standing there not knowing what to do. I couldn't even remember her name because I only saw her so briefly. When I went to pick up my dress it did not come with the garment bag I paid for that was listed on my receipt. This is the worst store ever I ordered a bridesmaid dress two months ago for one of my brides maid and now a week before my wedding and she still does not have it they messed up with the size of my dress and sashes for the flower girls I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER!!
