You don't get individualized attention. They measured the bridesmaids at he register like ur in security at airport.
Wouldn't shop here again or recommend them. Their customer service is sadly lacking, mostly due to store policies, for example charging extra for a garment bag regardless of the cost of dress.... Go elsewhere.
I have been dealing with the Florence location for almost two months now. After finding a dress that I like, I have had a very bad experience three out of four different occasions. After many attempts to complete my dress I am still very unhappy. This will be my final and last time shopping with the Florence location.
Was treated like I wasn't good enough to be in there store granted I was in my work clothes with my hair pulled up but I was there to spend the same amount as anyone else if not more not happy with the service at all
Picked out bridesmaid dresses for May 9, 2015. We were told five weeks was plenty of time, appears the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing over there! My daughter who is the maid of honor, ordered her dress today, it might be here by May 8th!! Are you kidding me!! Bad customer service! So sorry to my daughter we went there. Apparently could be the color of her gown that is the issue. Now, I would think that would have been brought to our attention when that was written down. And should have been!
I would like to start with this, this is my first complaint ever about poor customer service. I could've never imagined being asked to leave a store but it happened today. 45 minutes into my sisters appointment for her 6 bridesmaids to be measured and find dresses, a manager by the name of Jessica came in and informed us that we would need to reschedule a time to come back as it is store policy to only book 1 hour appointments. Tried on 5 dresses in the Ontario CA store, liked them all.. Was told they would be saved in my favorites. Nope, not done. Found 3 dresses I liked on the web page. ALL THREE ARE ONLY AVAIL ONLINE BUT UNAVAILABLE IN ANY SIZE OR COLOR! Why the heck are they on the page but you can't get them. Not thinking I'll buy from them.... !
The first trip there was horrible r sales ladie was so rude...but a couple days later a new ladie called n apologized which was appreciated i did return n purchased my bride maid dress.
Due to the impossible schedual conflict i was unable to make an appointment at David's Bridal and I remembered I was able to walk in and still be taken care of for bridesmaids dress in the past in Orland . I took the chance and walked in to find my wedding dress or bridesmaid dress whichever they had time for around 7pm (they close at 9) at the Oak Lawn location and we weren't even acknowledged or greeted until my mom said oh looks like no one care we even came in.
