I'm sorry, we made an appointment 2 weeks ago, my daughter drove 4 hours for our appointment WE picked out 5 dresses, the consutant said "mom, you can help her & l'll be back to see how it is going. After she sold the dress to the bride next to us & rang the bell 45 minutes later back she came, ready to help. Really poor experience!
For anyone contemplating a purchase from #davidsbridal: DON'T DO IT! On December 1st, I placed an order for a dress to be worn at my sister's wedding on January 3rd. On December 26th, only eight days before the wedding, my sister called to see when my dress would be in because no one from the store had contacted me or the bride, even though they had both of our contact numbers. Over crowed, over scheduled and felt very rushed. Four dresses was purchased and got no respect after even buying them. Lady at the desk as soon as you walk in was so rude and had a attitude and all I did was walk in the door. Was told my alterations would cost 80 dollars and walked out with a 380 dollar bill. Came back for second alteration and had to spend another 26 dollars for more alterations!!
Went there tonight with my sister-in-law and fiancé and had the worst experience ever. We had Stephanie and another girl with a short boyish hair cut. From the moment we walked in you could feel all their eyes were on us like if they were thinking to themselves these people can't afford anything in this store. I had an awful experience yesterday. I was looking for my wedding dress and I was unable to do so because of the experience I had. My consultant was not friendly when she first welcomed me. Then she only pulled 3 dresses for me and then failed to assist me in the dressing room. Luckily, I had 2 of my bridesmaids and they had to tie and zip me up. Ive left angry every single time ive been there. Employees are SO RUDE. An employee walked in on me naked today, didnt knock or anything. But not before the front desk help snapped at us for waiting in line for her while the other employee sat looking bored at a computer, not calling us over for service. I would give less than this if possible. Today I Had an appointment at 3 for bridesmaids dresses at you're Albuquerque location. I asked if I would be able to maybe try on a dress. Might I mention this was my very first time looking at wedding dresses in my life???
