I had an appointment with them today. I got there early to have a quick look around and still no one was ready for me on time. I asked what dresses were on sale for $100, and there was one tiny rack for a sale that's supposed to be on for another month that the website showed there should have been several selections available. I picked a dress with the style I liked. The woman assisting me finally walked up and I told her what I'm looking for and showed her the dress. Awful experience. Completely awful. 3 more daughters to go, but we won't be back. This was supposed to be a fun day.
I wouldn't recommend anyone shop here if you want your dress to be right on your wedding day! The consultant who fitted me had me order 3 different dresses because she couldn't get my size right. Then after I finally got my dress in, they ordered the wrong slip to go under my dress, and I won't even have a new one in time for bridal pictures. You spend hundreds of dollars on a dress, and then they charge you to steam it for your wedding day. Their consultants have no idea what they are talking about and are extremely unprofe... read more
You are idiots!!! I really don't know why anyone thinks they could depend on you
I received my wedding dress by UPS and the dress does not fit. I was never told that it was a final sale even though the dress was ordered from a David's Bridal in another state. Also, nobody measured me before ordering the dress. I would not recommend this David's Bridal. I contacted the David's Bridal I went to and contacted David's Bridal corporate office. I was told by someone in customer service that the District Manager for the David's Bridal I went to, will be contacting me.
If I could give less stars I would. Had an awful experience here finding a dress for my best friends wedding last year. We were lied to several times and treated terribly.
