Davids Bridal doesn't deserve even one star from us. It is like the Walmart of Bridal stores...No it is even worse than that. Not only were the sales people rude, but there gowns are cheap and wrinkled. We had an appointment, but couldn't even get anyone to help us. With so many bridal shops in town, don't waste your time at David's. I had to give them one star because they wouldn't accept my review without them.
Seriously... They didn't do anything right since we started dealing with them in March. My wedding is in a week and just got my dress today. They ordered the wrong measurements :(
What do I think? I think trying on dresses in the back bathroom of a local Safeway store would be more enjoyable. I, too, wish I could give 0 stars.
I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Our experience here was absolutely awful. I came here with my mother, who is 49 years old and in search for a gown for her second marriage. As an "older" bride, she already has insecurities about wedding dress shopping—what type of dress she should wear, what will look good on her, etc. The consultant that we were so unfortunate to work with essentially crushed my mother’s spirit. My sister was scheduled an appointment here while at a bridal expo. I flew up from Georgia to be in attendance. When we all showed up for it, their doors were locked and they didn't let us in. Turns out that in the two-week gap between when they scheduled her at the expo and her actual appointment, they had changed their hours and didn't see fit to call us and let us know. Very dissapointed with the lack of information when purchasing a bride's maids dress. We were never told they didn't carry Petite sizes. We ended up spending over $70 in alterations due to the "smallest" size, not being small enough! They didn't even offer to make things right, other than refunding the dress. Of course, it was too late to get another one 1 week before the wedding! Poor, poor service and lack of good customer service.

I recently scheduled an appointment for dress shopping at David's Bridal in Oakdale, MN. My mom and best friend drove an hour from Wisconsin to help me pick out a dress so I was ecstatic and eager to begin shopping.
