Horrible experience with incredibly rude associates! I made my appointment and told the lady immediately my size, she pulled 9 insanely large dresses and only had me try on 3 and started to kick me out to get to the next customer. I was in there for 20 min, I don't take 40 min per dress. After I explained to her that I had 2 hours to try on dresses, she said that this appointment was only to find my size...which I already knew and told her. Having the worst experience ever as I type this and wait on my alterations that I ordered 4 weeks ago to be done! What a joke!!!!
The girl I had for my appointment looking for my wedding dress was horrible. She was rude, snobby, looked like she didn't want to be there and didn't bring me anything I liked. She kept telling me the style I wanted wasn't in style anymore, which isn't even something she should say, that's what I wanted so let me try it on. I went to another fabulous salon, told them the same thing I was looking for, and oh! guess what, I found it. So grateful I took my money somewhere else. Lazy staff, not helpful, unfriendly, not knowledgeable about policies, unreasonably high prices for quality, terrible business! I can't stand DB!
I have had the absolute WORST experience with this store. They sold me a "new" dress that was being shipped to the store "from the warehouse" (which I took to mean it was NEW). When I picked up the dress, I inspected it carefully and found a few small stains, which made me suspicious that the dress was used. The manager insisted these were small marks that happen "in the warehouse" where the dresses are made and stored and are to be expected. Still suspicious, I took the dress with me. As my 1st review was not accepted,I will simply say that my experience with David's Bridal was ridiculous.I was greeted when I first arrived,but after 15 minutes of looking and not being approached by any one of the many associates,I left.Mind you,there were only a dozen costomers in the store.Not one associate even said,"goodbye" as I was walking out.I had been looking for 7 bridesmaid dresses and a maid of honor dress.What an experience as a bride to be.
The staff at this location is rude and they don't seem to know what they are doing at all. I've gone in multiple times and every time I have had a horrible experience.
I wish I could give this review negative stars. I had ordered a bridesmaids dress back in July and had it shipped to my house when it came in in August. It was stolen off of my porch the day it was delivered, and I submitted a report with UPS. I called Davids Bridal in Roseville, CA and asked to speak with a manager. After a significant time on hold I finally was able to speak to one and she said when the paperwork from UPS came then it would be taken care of.
