This property is quite nice, and a good value for the level of accommodation - room was nice, property was clean, etc. But there were a few things they need to improve: wifi was poor and inconsistent. Some of the restaurants were not available but there was very little communication about what would be available. Phone number on the website did not work. And with the restaurants in the hotel not being open, there are very few good dining options in the area.

Great hotel to stay in the Finger Lakes area Very nice high end hotel located within the casino complex. Rooms and service were top notch.

Clean Room We stayed for several days. The room was very clean but had some damage that needs attention. Nothing major. We also had to request maid service as our room was not cleaned daily.

Such a beautiful, relaxing place to stay! Bed was so comfortable. Our room was fab! We loved it! Wonderful shower. Can't say enough about how lovely everything is!

Everything was pretty decent except for the food offerings. There is one small restaurant that serves decent food, but a casino without a buffet? Really?? They closed theirs down and we wound up going to restaurants away from the casino itself for our meals. Casinos are interested in keeping you on site, so their decision to close the popular buffet down wasn’t well advised.
