Average room The room was a basic King room. Plenty of seating outside view of everything(basically the parking lot), lol. There was only one operating elevator, staff was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. The linen appeared clean, the walls were found with a few stains, better vacuuming needed. Overall will stay again because the staff is friendly and willing to be accommodating. The sports bar is a waste of time. Really nice stay... double check on high beds. The hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable. The resort aspect had places to eat that were reasonable and good food. The casino was convenient, clean, and most important to us, not smoky. Just to note, my 81 year old mom, did manage to get in and out of the VERY HIGH BED ok, but it was not always easy. If you have a tough time with a high mattress, check to see if the hotel has rooms with lower beds.

We also offer ADA accessible rooms that feature lower beds due to the box spring being removed. Feel free to request either solution when making future reservations.
The stay was amazing, the room nice and clean. The only thing I would suggest is put medium roast k cups in the room not just dark roast ones.

Great stop on the way back from Watkins Glen. Beautiful room, amazingly soft bed, and quiet location. Loved it.

Enjoyed our short stay. Room was good size, very clean. Bed was firm and slept great. The shower gave tons of water, loved it! We went to see Sergio Mendez, the theater was fantastic, super comfortable. Not a bad seat in the house.
