Wine Trip Check in took a long time. 1 person working and was on the phone the whole time until we were waited on, about 20 minutes. Room was nice and clean. We did not receive maid service for some reason

Not too much of a good food options

The hotel and rooms are very nice! The staff was wonderful, especially in The Sociale. We stayed two nights while traveling from Maine to Michigan and I left a very important item. The front desk staff and manager were very helpful in locating it and keeping it safe until we can back through at the end of the week. We decided to stay again on the way back to Maine because they had been so nice.
