The room was amazing!!! Very clean and had a lot of extras! All staff were so nice and approachable. The spa and Portico restaurant were closed as they are only open on the weekends, which was a disappointment as we were so looking forward to both! Although I understand with there not being a lot of patrons during the week as compared to weekends. Poor service but quiet & comfy, good food Wonderfully comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Dining options are not family-friendly. If your kids are under 21, there is only 1 restaurant you can eat in, with limited seating options. The hostess told us to sit at the bar as it was the only place available. We said Sure, no problem. We sat and were immediately approached by a bartender (?) who sarcastically said he “must see IDs for everyone at the bar” (LOL- our kids are 12 and 18). Check in was supposed to be at 4 and we had to wait for an hour and a half. After being on the road for most of the day that was disappointing. Hotel is nice and the rooms were nice and clean.

The resort was beautiful, the employees were friendly, there were many restaurants to choose from in the casino resort, but I didn’t hear that many people win In the casino. And, I was expecting breakfast for the price of the room

The women at the front desk check in with gray hair was wonderful and so helpfull. My only complaint was no one cleaned our room even though we put a sign on our door to do so.
