Room and hotel was beautiful but we had issues with the lights and electrical outlets. Also the bathroom sink didnt drain well.

The room was freezing and the AC unit did not allow you to moderate or turn off the air. I developed a cold several days after my stay. Although I loved the new rooms, I would not stay there again due to the cold rooms.

The hotel was amazing! So clean and beautiful. Surprisingly, it was also extremely quiet although it’s apart of the casino. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. Whenever I travel to Louisville, I will always stay at this hotel.
