Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to take samples homes to see what tone looked best in the room. The price was good we were extremely happy and will be back soon to order another room

We were very impressed with the selections available in the showroom and with the assistance provided by Hana in the Glen Ellyn store. This is not the first time we have purchased carpeting at DeSitter and we will not go anywhere else for our flooring needs. Allan our salesperson came out to the house, stayed in our budget on carpet selection,sent samples to the home for me to review and the billing process was a snap. The installers were professional and did not mark up my walls and vacuumed their way out the door. Rooms look great!

The stair installation was done incorrect, but you came back quickly and professionally to fix it. Room looks great! Paul was terrific with immediately coming over to identify the issue and get it resolved.
