We are very satisfied with our new basement floor and stair carpeting. The installers who came did a great job. Our salesperson, Allen was very helpful as we made our decisions regarding what materials to choose. The one problem that came up was that on the day the installation was scheduled, the installer was a no-show. When this happened, I called DeSitter to ask why. I have been a customer for over 25 years. You have recarpeted my lower level once and the upper level twice, the most recently was last month. The salesman Paul was great and very helpful. The delivery and install was on time and well done. I have a couple of more rooms to do, so you will be hearing from me in the future. I would highly recommend Paul as the salesman to see.
The I stallation was great. My Salesman Steve was wonderful. I am a Desitter customer. I am going to finish carpeting the two bedrooms that are left to do. I am extremely pleased
We had carpet installed in three bedrooms. Everything from the help Paul Massey gave us in choosing the right carpet, to the scheduling and installation. It all went extremely smoothly. Could not have had a better experience with DeSitter. Would recommend them to anyone.
I have had 3 rooms carpeted with DeSitter and a few repairs to installed carpet thanks to our fur babies. Their commitment to customer detail is What sets them apart. They truly listen to your goals and concerns and make recommendations based on what will be best for you within your budget. There is no hard sale or sense of urgency. I recommend them 100%.
