We are very satisfied with our new basement floor and stair carpeting. The installers who came did a great job. Our salesperson, Allen was very helpful as we made our decisions regarding what materials to choose. The one problem that came up was that on the day the installation was scheduled, the installer was a no-show. When this happened, I called DeSitter to ask why. I have been a customer for over 25 years. You have recarpeted my lower level once and the upper level twice, the most recently was last month. The salesman Paul was great and very helpful.
