The actual process of delivering the flooring and dumpster was easy. The installation went great, we have had to have them out twice to fix areas where the flooring was coming apart. That was a little disappointing but they were pleasant and did fix the problems.

We are very satisfied with our new basement floor and stair carpeting. The installers who came did a great job. Our salesperson, Allen was very helpful as we made our decisions regarding what materials to choose.
