Phone service was a real person, but he had minimal,phone skills and sounded bothered by my call. He put me on hold in the middle of my conversation with no notice, just music pkayinh suddenly. And THEY ONLY REPAIR LOCAL HALF SHAFTS! can t even mail mine in. Disappointed, but uou cant please them all.

I agree that the parts that came are nice,but only received half my order. Maybe when rest arrives ill get brake cleaner& fluid ?

I placed an order of front & rear rotars w/ceramic pads,I received one box,labelled 1 of 1,I took to mechanic to find out that only front rotars w/pads were in box. Ive tried contacting Detroitaxle,to no avail,and Ebay,is stating I placed No order ! Funny,I have order,item,saies record & tracking numbers,as well as 1 box with their label,so not sure how thats exainable. Oh,and have the statement proving payment was taken.

Bought a 10 piece front end kit for 2007 Dodge Durango but failed after 2 years and then refused to honor 10 year warranty as advertised. Conveniently they said that didn't start the 10 year warranty until 4 days after I ordered, even though the Ebay listing clearly stated 10 year warranty. Parts were ok but tie rods failed. Emailed company and got no reply, and phone customer service sucked after no email reply. Buyer beware!!!

Ordering and shipping was quick and easy. However, the incorrect parts were shipped. Contacted the company and after a short wait they provided the label to ship the incorrect item back to them. They advised once the incorrect item was in transit to them the correct part would be shipped. It has been a month and the parts still have not arrived. Our money has not been refunded either. Don't buy from detriot axle,suspension parts are cheap products and won't last long,Idler arm& pitman are lasted three months,again they said they won't refund my money.poor products.purchase them in may,2020 lasted aug,2020 not good.

I purchase idler arm & pitman arm in may,2020 after replacing parts,took my vehicle for alignment.the tech check suspension to make sure there was'nt play.well the idler arm & pitman arm had lot's of play ready to fall apart.I had to buy them at oreilly's auto parts and fix my problem.so i call detroit axle for a refund and they said could'nt give me refund,that we can only warranty the parts.they only lasted 3 months which is not good.like they say you get what you pay for.I would'nt recommand buy suspension parts from here... read more

Customer Service sucks with promises that someone in that department will call you back four months and still no pick up tag and no calls back

Can not get ahold of you for pick up tag get the run around with someone will call you back And never does this is going on four months of not getting anywhere with anyone that knows what’s going on with pick up and warranty of a transmission purchased four months Ago customer service sucks with long wait times to have a human answer the phone with a promise that someone in that department will call you back
