I ordered a part on 3/18. It did not ship until 3/20 ("Our warehouse messed up 10,000 orders"). I guess I was one of the unlucky ones. That being said with the 2 day shipping I should get my part on 3/22 (today). I know get an update from Fed Ex stating that it won't arrive until 3/23 at the end of the day. They tell me if I want it early I can pay for it. NOOO. Your 2 day shipping is a complete lie. Fed Ex stated it was shipped via ground service. They sent me a 5 lug rotor when my truck is a 6. Easy enough to return but that’s when the problems started. They tried to tell me it was used…. Ummmm how can a 5 lug fit on a 6 lug? 🤣 then wanted to refund me half the price. After 45 minutes arguing they gave me a full refund. I would have taken the exchange but they said it would take a week to ship out. They are good until you run into an issue then they are the worst.

Placed a $195 order back on March 11th and here it is March 21st and it still hasn't even shipped out yet. No updates on tracking, no one answers the phone, or the live Chat or email option even after several days of resubmitting my detailed messages to them. If they can't ship it out I would at least like a refund.

This is not the review I would have wanted to write towards Detroit Axle. I have ordered numerous parts from this site with no hassle. However my current order has been a horror working with customer service. I was sent a damaged product which was received within 2 days of ordering - GREAT SHIPPING SPEED RIGHT? After contacting customer service I was prompted to return the old item with a return label provided by Detroit Axle as well as contact them to confirm - which was all done. Scammer Took my money the day I placed the order then pretended to ship it through FedEx. FedEx hasn't received anything from This Scammer (Detroit Axle) after 3 days they claim it will arrive today although it hasn't even been delivered to FedEx. Do NOT buy anything from them because they will take your hard earned $$ and you will have to contact your Financial Institution to report FRAUD ..... what a Head ache!

As a long time customer to Detroit axle and once a huge fan. I have finally been scammed by these people as they won't do any thing to help with a order that has failed to reach me. I have called both Detroit axle as well as FedEx. Detroit axle told me to continue to wait another 24hr to see if the tracking will update with FedEx. I ordered a complete set of brake parts. My order was split into three shipments. Two of three shipments arrived. Third shipment  has never left the warehouse. I’ve called several times with many different excuses. I am still waiting for a refund on the rest of my order. I have ordered, received and installed parts from another supplier. Horrible Customer Service and had to pay for warranty shipping on a 5 month old part. Would not recommend this company.
