We ordered an Axle, for my daughter's car on 3/2, was emailed on 3/4 saying the part had shipped, but when trying to track part it shows label created and that's all. Finally decided to email the Detroit 3/7 to check on part and was told that the warehouse was checking on it and would let me know. 2 days they still have not canceled my order nor refuned my money. Never got my part now I can't get my refund. I am going to have to files a dispute wuth my bank. I am also going to report them to the BBB. I have called them 7 times never got my part after they sent me a tracking # saying it was shipped. 9 days have past no part no refund.

Hello Amazon: I believe you should investigate Detroit Axle as to whether or not they are a good vendor to Amazon and whether or not they are providing quality OE Spec parts to Amazon and not some cheaply made product that can cause a serious car accident because their parts do not meet those OE Specs. So after I ordered my part, they gave me a tracking # and said it was shipped. Says Free 2 days shipping on all orders. Said it would arrive by March, 10, 25. So it did not arrive on 3-25? I checked the tracking, it said not transfered to FedEx. I called customer service they said they would see what was going on and to call back in 24 hrs. I ordered my part on 3/6/2025 got a shipping # same day said it was shipped. 6 days now with a tracking # and it still has not shipped? I cantected them 4 times and it still has not been transfered to FedEx. They say free 2 day shipping on all parts. I needed this part quick. Now i am going to files a dispute with my bank to reverse the charge tomorrow. They need better logistics when shipping.
