i ordered a whole front u-joint axle kit for my jeep, first it was sent to the wrong house customer service asked for pictures of my house to prove it wasn't delivered correctly, i sent them the photos and they proceeded to tell me that FedEx said they delivered it correctly and they were not going to replace it or refund it even though I sent them proof. i took it upon myself to find my package I did indeed find it 3 blocks over at an abandon house (just drove around till I found a house that matched the delivery picture). ... read more

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting on an order that was supposed to arrive March 6th and as of March 25th I still do not have. I ordered a steering rack from them almost a month ago, but they never sent it. I'm still trying to get our money back. Every phone call should be prepaid to sit on hold for 10 minutes.

I'd give Detroit Axle zero stars if I could. They advertise "Fast Free Shipping" and fail to deliver on that. Expected delivery date was 2 days, took 10 days to receive. I've tried calling multiple times for a return but no answer. You're stuck on hold without ever getting to speak to anyone. Sent a message on their online chat with no response as well. Decided to Google reviews on Detroit Axle and found that I'm not the only one to experience these issues. I would recommend purchasing from a different supplier.

I had to go 2 months back to find a review higher than one star. They keep spitting out the same reply to one star reviews. How can a company claim to strive for 5 star reviews but not receive 1 in 2 months? I would rather they tell my to go suck it than give me some company line of crap about how much they care.
