Hope the parts are better than the horrible shipping promises..ordered parts on a Saturday and got an email that they were sent out on Sunday and would be delivered on Tuesday..Tuesday came and went with no parts..called on Wednesday morning she says oh they weren't shipped unti monday and won't be there until Thursday..I ask her why I got the email confirming shipped date and Tuesday delivery Date she just says I don't know we don't ship on the weekend..so why the email??..So the website says fast 2 day shipping so why if i... read more
I ordered my part on 3/6/2025 got a shipping # same day said it was shipped. 6 days now with a tracking # and it still has not shipped? I cantected them 4 times and it still has not been transfered to FedEx. They say free 2 day shipping on all parts. I needed this part quick. Now i am going to files a dispute with my bank to reverse the charge tomorrow. They need better logistics when shipping.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I ORDERED PARTS FOR A CAR MY SHOP IS WORKING ON AND PARTS ARE MISSING AND WRONG PARTS WHERE SENT THEN HAVE TO FIGHT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET THE RIGHT PARTS AND GET IT MOVING FAST.. MY CUSTOMER NOW HAS TO HOLD OFF LONGER TO GET THERE FRONT END REPLACED
Terrible customer service, part was supposed to be shipped out days ago, hasn't even gotten to the carrier yet called customer service but they don't speak English very well.
Hopefully you don't have to call customer service because they do not speak English.
becareful what you order i had two reps tell me kits were perfect for my customer vehicle and had to literally educate those two reps and a phone rep as they dont understand parts or production dates clearly lost business from me and seeing how the company reps are i can see there business will lose itself
Ordered a power steering rack from the website and it said it would be here in 3 days. 6 days later and it hasn't even shipped yet, guy on the phone was rude and I could not hardly understand him even though I picked English in the menu. He said he would find out what was going on and call me back, he never did.
Ordered car parts and they never came.
