Terrible customer service, part was supposed to be shipped out days ago, hasn't even gotten to the carrier yet called customer service but they don't speak English very well.

becareful what you order i had two reps tell me kits were perfect for my customer vehicle and had to literally educate those two reps and a phone rep as they dont understand parts or production dates clearly lost business from me and seeing how the company reps are i can see there business will lose itself

Ordered a power steering rack from the website and it said it would be here in 3 days. 6 days later and it hasn't even shipped yet, guy on the phone was rude and I could not hardly understand him even though I picked English in the menu. He said he would find out what was going on and call me back, he never did.

I would not recommend this outfit, I purchased shocks for my Toyota and received a different part number for the original shocks, they would not replace with the correct model and only told me they would fit, they fit, but shock was missing a bracket for the brake lines, i fabricated a bracket to work. i repeatedly emailed them and finally they just ghosted me on this issue. unprofessional to say the least.
