I do not recommend buying anything from this company. They sent me defective parts and will not let me return them unless a give them a "detailed mechanic report." Should be able to return anything I want.

Detroit axle is a joke! I ordered a part and a week later it still was not shipped to me. i called and spoke to several employees and they had no clue where my part was. Finally after being fed up i called 3 times to make sure my order was cancelled. The product had not even left the facility by the time i spoke to 3 different people for cancellation and come to find out the cancellations were not even processed. Another report about the suspension kit. All the rubber seals were slid off and didn’t have any retaining clips to hold the rubber seals on.

shipping is horribly slow and no communication or updates. ordered on 1/20 and its now 1/24 and I have no idea where my parts are. keep them... i won't be paying this bill.

The customer service dept. SUCKS !!!!!! There's NO HONESTY WITH NONE OF THOSE SAND NIGGERS !!! However what could one expect from those worthless fuckers, besides, TRUMP sending those lying thieves back to their shit eating country and the plane exploding on its way !!!!! Was send the wrong brake drums. Given a shipping label, sent back in original packaging, but no response. After two weeks and a few phone calls, emails, customer service messages, I finally got through on Live Chat. Was told my return was denied as my brake rotors were used, scratched, and were dented. These are solid metal and picture they sent me looks like someone ran a file and hammer on them. I ordered brakes that went missing- fedex said they delivered them but they did not. I even provided proof that the dropoff location was not my house. They were useless. So I reached out to the merchant and called them. Not one message has been responded to nor have I spoken to anyone- when I get through I get put on "hold" but then am hung up on. This is theft- I was promised goods that I have not received and not one answer has been provided.
