I bought a part from this website that showed 4.9 stars for Detroit axle. I first called them complaining about how the part is damage and doesn't work well. when I started driving straight nothing would happen but when I would turn left and right it would start making clicking noises. they said they can't help me but to send a picture of the part but it's already installed. then they told me to get a manufacturer's approval for the warrant. It's pretty Sad That a company can't stand behind there product, the really Sad part is that Neither the company that I purchased through or Detroit Axle will stand behind the product That was sold. The Control arm set I purchased for my 2021 GMC should be recalled, I have had them installed 3 weeks and My car has better dance moves then most professional dancers every time it hits the slightest bump in the road. Purchased your brake pad and slotted rotor set for my 2013 BMW 128i thru Parts Geek.com. Firstly, in the kit supplied I was sent DOT 3 brake fluid when the vehicle takes DOT 4...Secondly, The rotors supplied were for a truck... Thirdly, the BMW mechanic doing the install indicated the parts supplied were NOT superior in composition. I was actually ashamed. Sorry but this should be valuable feedback for you. PartsGeek.com obviously sent the wrong brake kit to me but regarding the quality of the parts, just fyi.

Apparently they're shipping department is a mess I don't know about the quality of their product because I can't seem to get it so Detroit Axle is like the dodo it's a thing of the past for me not a very solid business plan maybe the CEO can pay attention to a shipping department and all the complaints and reviews and actually put his company on track to being something great but I'm not seeing it

I have been ordering Detroit Axle parts for years now, normally from their ebay store but this time directly from the website. I'll say first that Detroit Axle parts have always been top notch, this review is not about parts quality. The parts I ordered have been lost by FedEx, they've been at the Grove City OH facility for three days and now showing the dreaded yellow exclamation point on the tracking. IF i could leave a 0 star review i would. As the website says up top before you click on ANYTHING, FAST FREE 2-DAY SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. I placed my order December 6th, and had not seen any movement with tracking. I just called today, December 12th to ask where my part was, and was told it had not yet shipped as the part was out of stock. And that all orders EXCEPT FOR AXLES AND RACK AND PINIONS fell under the 2 day free shipping promise. What a joke. I needed that part.
