If I could give less stars, I would. I placed an order on 8/23 for suspension and brake parts. Ups lost part of the order on 8/26. On 9/3, ups reached out to Detroit axle and informed them that they did in fact lose part of my shipment. Since then, Detroit axle has done nothing but give me excuse after excuse as to why I still don’t have all of my parts. They have also refused to refund any of my money. I ordered a cv shaft, it was not properly packaged. It also had a huge gash in the threading where the axle nut needed to go. So I returned this item and according to the tracking information, they’ve had the part for over a week now, and I still have not received my 76$ refund. Do not buy from here
Got a phone call and email from a QC Manager @+12485653925. Edna. Was told she was going to correct this and get my missing parts taken care of and to me. Fingers crossed. Thank you Edna @ Detroit Axle.
And now a slightly less generic response appearing "helpful" with a number that is DISCONNECTED 248-965-8563.
I ordered cv shafts and ball joints, recieved my shafts but no ball joints. Emailed them about the problem, and sent them pics of the box and parts recieved. Was no packing slip in the box even, after multiple emails i have received no reply about the issue.

Still have not been contacted nor been "helped" by Detroit Axle in getting me my missing parts. Filed complaint with the BBB. Tons of negative reviews there too.
Ordered a rack got it within 5 days or so. After finding out that it was defective, found out my warranty doesn't start until I return the original core. No big deal. But then I was charged a deposit for a replacement of 138 dollars. Shocked but no big deal. I then had to request a RS label because the replacement didn't come with one. No big deal again.
