bought a hub month ago it didn't fit correctly they used whatever to try n get in in there it broke because it wouldnt fit. Been fighting for this month to get a replacement 5 ppl promised to send another someone will step in and others will have someone call and that never happens ether. Just bunch of liars. I been buying from here over 10 years only time i ever had an issue im so dissapointed.

guys need to be careful with this company. I bought a Front CV Axles (Pair) which the passenger side was defective (had a bad bearing), and they did not want to give me replacement because they say I voided the warranty by installing the driver side which was good. the customer server guys were not helpful at all. they did not even explain to me how I voided the warranty if those are 2 separate parts. so be aware so this does not happen to you guys.

i have been running there ball joints and front hub bearings for over a year now on a 2006 F350 4X4 tow truck and they definetly took a beating it ran snow emergency with severe pot holes and ice build up on the roads,96 hours straight per snow emergency and 4 of them this year plus all the other running around and they are still as tight as can be. GREASE THEM IF THEY GOT GREASE ZERKS!!!

Detroit Axle Creating imaginary words from the Warranty policy and making you jump through hoops in order to not replace defective parts. Honestly the worst practice when it’s stated on amazon and on your website it’s warranted for 10 years.

The customer service for your company is TERRIBLE! They will not stand behind the 10 year warranty the parts I purchased have on them only willing to replace 2 of approx 12 total ordered. So I can do one side of my ball joints or one side of tie rods but not the entire front end which is proper when doing steering component replacement. Ridiculous when I’ve had these parts all of 1 1/2 years! With low mileage as well. Bought a hub assembly for my truck. Lasted less than 3,000 miles and wend out. They are fighting me on the warranty. Won't buy anything from them again.

DO NOT BUY PADS AND ROTORS FROM THIS COMPANY !!! THEY CHIRP AND SQUEEL !!! I BOUGHT FOR MY CHEVY CRUZE AND DODGE CARAVAN, AND THEY BOTH CHIRP AND SQUEEL. NEVER BUY THEM. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE UNDER WARRANTY BUT I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING. JUNK. AND I HAVE A FRIEND INSTALL THEM TOO. THEY SAID I NEED AN INVOICE FROM A CERTIFIED REPAIR SHOP. I bought a drive shaft for a 2009 Honda CRV on June 17. for our second car. Worked alright for a while but then the vibration started. I climbed under the car, pushed on the drive shaft and it went sideways about 1/2". Called Detroit axle on about November 10th (less than 6 months after purchase) and yes they would honor warranty-but-I had to pay $65.00 shipping costs. Some warrantee. Don't trust this company.
