I will continue to post a negative review. Every. Single. Day. Until Detroit Axle decides they care about and want to take care of their customers and I receive my missing parts. In addition to the Better Business Bereau and any other relevant agency. Neither owner has contacted me back.
Brake rotors 2013 Ford F-150. Bought these about 5 months ago and already need to replace. Heat warpped, discoloration, shake after use and heated up. Bought rear and front and went with another brand. First and last time using this brand - don’t go cheap, pay the extra money to get quality.
These generic responses from Detroit Axle are just that. Generic. They havnt "helped" me AT ALL.
Still on the phone. As I have been everyday for a week trying to get my missing parts. I was initially told 48-72 hours for resolution. I'm now being told 10 days. Contacting the BBB. Requesting a return and refund. Judging by the reviews here I should've bought elsewhere.
Worst experience and customer service I've ever had. Originally given a tracking number that was canceled. Then a tracking number in its place. Then a third tracking number for a split shipment FedEx which they apparently started using and have had problems with it and says delivered. Which it is not. I only received the partial UPS shipment. They then wanted me to call and file a police report and contact FedEx. They then don't know which parts are in which shipment.
