Great Service. Easy To Use Comments: I've used Dialpad/uberConference for a while now and have been super happy since day one. Great interface, easy to use, convenient for users, and a pretty decent mobile app. Never have had an issue and the price is great.
Good but gets in the way sometimes Pros: Great, easy for me and my colleagues to use. Cons: There are a few problems: 1) Not compatible with Safari. 2) "Adding a caller" is a flawed feature. First, I can't tell the status of what is happening when the system is dialing out. Also, I can't call someone if there phone number includes an extension (which happens quite often). 3) People are often confused when they connect to the conference via web. Great product... room for improvement Pros: Quality, ease of use, great value Cons: Sometimes if my clients login before I do, my audio options disappear and I have to end the call and it drops everyone off... it's not very professional. Great App, Easy to Use Comments: Great App! Easy to use and helpful iOS App. I use it for making many phone calls and have found it to be intuitive.
Great way to use your current phone Pros: it's an app, so it's accessible and on the cloud Cons: I wish I would receive notifications of text messages, but that is possible only if customers text a different number from the main line. That's too complicated and I would never give clients two different numbers. Dialpad works great for small business. Pros: Allow me to place calls via the Dialpad service. Cons: Can be a bit difficult to clearly see the difference between the main number and my personal number. Overall: Dialpad has been a great experience. Has allowed me to run a small business while on the run. There have been a few small bumps with the phone app. (A little slow to update & incorrect syncing of the voice mails). A simple way to keep your work and personal calls separate Comments: TL;DR It does what it says on the tin. Dialpad allows me to keep work calls from bothering me when I'm not working, while still allowing people to reach me. It is simple, works well, and is easy to use.
Great service... Comments: No need to every use a landline again. Excellent service, perfect for today's business environment.
