Desktop works but this app refuses login
Terrible
Pretty awful service. They lose messages, and their customer service lies. Finally, when you cancel your subscription, they lock you out of your account immediately, before your subscription actually ends.
This app is very buggy. We are doing a POC through a mobile service provider and find several bugs in the Android app. Based on our feedback to the mobile service provider, they have raised a trouble ticket with dial pad. The concept of dialpad is good, but I really hope that the app works 99.99% of the time.
The app does not ring sometimes and sometimes it answers calls before I press answer. It also overrides my normal phone service. If I'm on a regular call and dialpad rings my call is dropped.
to many glitches to run a business out of. I have used multiple apps for a secondary phone service and this is by far the worst one i have ever used. The desktop platform is great but the app needs a lot of improvements. I run a $50k/month business off of it and i struggle every call that is coming in. Some calls get dropped after answering and some calls never ring on my phone. I have second thoughts about this service, the only reason i am still with it is because of the desktop platform

Please let me know how to delete chats or call logs. There is no option for that. Rest features i like.call quality and useful
Dial pad doesnt even work on my phone and I have had poor quality I was told that I wasnt going to experience this anymore with dialpad but that hasnt been the case I want you to make sure to cancel it at the end of the trial before it charges my account again. Please and thank you.
