I travel a lot. This property was easily the worst room that I’ve had in a very long time. Not sure where to start, but the floor was so disgusting I didn’t want to remove my socks. Now that I’ve walked on the floor I will throw my socks away. No power plugs between the beds, no lights between the beds, a television that didn’t work—rundown facilities, people straight outside the front door smoking pot. Just horrible. If it wasn’t so late, I would’ve gone somewhere else.

Dirty The carpeting was filthy, numerous big stains.

Don't stay unless it is a comp room! Non-functioning floor lamp and associated plug-in; noisy wall unit heating fan; burn marks on carpet; shower curtain would not stay closed for showering; no coffee and no sugar in coffee room in morning (and horrible strong coffee when finally prepared). The only positives were the close proximity to St. Louis venues and casino next to hotel. Never stay again!

This place was so dirty. From the beds to the floor. The only place semi clean was the bathrooms. I’ll be posting another review, it was so unbelievably dirty I had to take pictures

Great location age showing Check in was difficult as they couldn’t check us in due to IT problem. Amazed they didn’t have an alternative plan in place to check us in. Only alternative was to leave and come back later. Got to the room and the. Use of the Gateway Arch was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was showing its age with worn curtains, holes in the carpet. Our hotel sheets had blood on them , also was not clean all the way .

Disgusting This was the filthiest room i have ever been in and had it not been 11 o'clock at night, we would have went somewhere else.

Staff was nice but everything else was bad! For the price I was expecting a nice clean hotel but it was probably one of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed at. Carpet was stained, the bed had hair in it, the bathroom was gross. The area around the hotel felt super unsafe I was worried my car would get broken into at any moment. Too many ppl hanging out outside of the hotel doors begging.
