Never Worked Followed all directions and it never would work. Don't buy
Needs more complete information Described as being Mac compatible. However, without drivers it really isn't. My Mac is running OS Catalina, and Brother has no drivers for it with this scanner. Bummer! More information instead of less would've assisted me in purchasing the right scanner the first time. Tip: Visit website of product before purchasing to confirm drivers & firmware available before purchasing if they will be required to use it. This product as of today DOES NOT WORK WITH MACS RUNNING CATALINA OS
Doesn't work, returning ans requesting refund Did not work upin receipt. After numerous reinstalls directed by brother support and my IT person couldn't get this item to work. Error code 2019, software was unable to find the scanner even though it was listed in the system. Used different laptops, different OS, different USB cables to no avail. Wasted hours with support for nothing. Returning and requesting a refund.
Disappointing Disappointing. I had to return it. The instructions did not help at all.
Poor Quality Scans and buggy software The software stopped working after a week. Produces blurry scans. Sometimes it partially scans the document and automatically split it into a separate document.
Don't waste your money if you use a Mac They don't have software for the Mac, so none of the advanced features are available. Going back to Fujitsu. Waste of damn money. Spend all of my time merging PDF files on long legal documents.
Total waste of time! We're very disappointed with this scanner. It took quite a bit to set up and then the scans were awful. Documents were illegible and photos very dark. The feed tends to twist, so the scan is also skewed. Returning this one.
Garbage. Garbage. Completely unreliable and doesn’t work 95% of the time. We called tech support but it still isn’t working. A waste of $79.
Didn't have an essential part The setup dvd wasn't included, so I couldn't even use it....
