The staff were very friendly, which is the only reason I'm even giving them 2 stars. O was called and asked to come in an hour earlier than the appointment, that's okay, shuffled some things around to make it happen. I was told to check in by phone which is also fine. I was placed on hold for 18 minutes... not great. Waited an hour and twenty minutes to finally get seen well after the original appointment time. We've been going for years with our frenchies and other pets ans we've never had an issue. Until a few months ago all our paperwork was messed up. From pets to what they actually needed. Bad communication and carelessness. I finally got a hold of someone who knew how to do their job. And she fixed all the mess. I will only mask for Laura now since it's obvious she's only one who knows what's really going on in clinic. I feel bad but as a breeder I have to have records in order for when we sell puppies. Low costumer service, high prices and overbooked causing long waits. Would not use them again.
I have been coming here for 30+ years bringing my pets. I live 35 min up north and today I showed up and called in to advise staff that I was there with my pet for her scheduled appointment. I was told by staff, a nurse would be out to come talk to me. Over 10 minutes passed and I called again to remind them that I was in the car waiting. Always takes longer than appointment time and the girls who answer the phone sound rude. I waited until 3:40 for a 3:15 appointment and ended up leaving because no one came out to get my dog when I was told someone would be right out.
Being new to this area my chiuahua had begun experiencing seizures. After a long search for a vet I contacted East Lake to get her in under immediate need and was not able to get her in for 3 more days. Once there the concern seemed to be her rabies shot and not the seizures. Without any treatment for the seizures I was told she would needs x-ray,ct scan and blood tests After being charged over $1000.00 6 day's later my little friend died of a series of violent seizures and still no word from the vet in regards to test resul... read more

I do not recommend this animal clinic. There have been changes to staff recently and the quality of care has taken a huge dip. I gave them honest feedback while there and they came back with absurd suggestions and mean spirited policies. Please take both feral and pet cats/dogs somewhere else. They deserve better treatment and so do you! The new management is horrible.
I got my dogs shots done here, when giving the shots they somehow messed up something in her leg.. where they injected the shot. I called to see if they could look at it since they are the reason theres an issue, they wanted to charge me $100 for an exam to check out her leg even though they were at fault for her injury.

I have several issues with this place. I would not recommend it to ANYONE and I would not return. From the office staff to the Vet Dr. Padilla I found them not transparent, nor caring. They literally charged 3X mark up on all medication they "advised" my dog needed. He did not come back with any diagnosis, but he did come back with an almost $400 bill. Because we could not discuss in person with the vet given the we are in lock down due to Cornavirus I reached out via phone and found the doctor to be less than helpful. Her... read more
