Do not take your dog here. They don't have a wait for a reason. Don't let them give your dog vaccines I know multiple people that their dogs passed away right after getting their vaccines from here. They don't care about your animals just money. Wait and make an appointment somewhere else. The employees also have terrible attitudes.

Got a phone call and confirmed an appointment 4:15pm and arrived at the hospital at 3:55pm and went to check-in Have waited for about 40 minutes and went back into front office few times before being admitted. Front office, Doctor and and staff re very professional however this place is over the over booked!

I was overcharged and told different things than I was quoted on the phone. I thought my dog had a blockage in his intestine. They did x-rays which I agreed to. They were $479. I was them told that I needed blood work for another $480. This was due to my dogs diabetes. The only reason I went here was because it was Memorial Day and my vet was closed. The staff were very friendly, which is the only reason I'm even giving them 2 stars. O was called and asked to come in an hour earlier than the appointment, that's okay, shuffled some things around to make it happen. I was told to check in by phone which is also fine. I was placed on hold for 18 minutes... not great. Waited an hour and twenty minutes to finally get seen well after the original appointment time. We've been going for years with our frenchies and other pets ans we've never had an issue. Until a few months ago all our paperwork was messed up. From pets to what they actually needed. Bad communication and carelessness. I finally got a hold of someone who knew how to do their job. And she fixed all the mess. I will only mask for Laura now since it's obvious she's only one who knows what's really going on in clinic. I feel bad but as a breeder I have to have records in order for when we sell puppies. I have been coming here for 30+ years bringing my pets. I live 35 min up north and today I showed up and called in to advise staff that I was there with my pet for her scheduled appointment. I was told by staff, a nurse would be out to come talk to me. Over 10 minutes passed and I called again to remind them that I was in the car waiting. Always takes longer than appointment time and the girls who answer the phone sound rude. I waited until 3:40 for a 3:15 appointment and ended up leaving because no one came out to get my dog when I was told someone would be right out.

Being new to this area my chiuahua had begun experiencing seizures. After a long search for a vet I contacted East Lake to get her in under immediate need and was not able to get her in for 3 more days. Once there the concern seemed to be her rabies shot and not the seizures.
