Rushed our cat to the hospital and said they have no doctors. How do you not have any doctors in this hospital? Three grown ladies just on their computers not doing anything and couldn't care less about our cat. Super unprofessional and I hope you guys do not bring your animal there if it's "an emergency"

Today, East Maryland you get one star. Where on Earth was the help or lead? Great place, however consistent help? Instead of your staff running away and hiding every time it's expected to get busy, have you tracked their Time off Task? How often is there only one person working in the front?

I understand that appointments run longer than expected or a doctor gets busy with a sick pup, but not informing the other people waiting is unprofessional. This has happened several times and I finally moved on. I explained to the staff that a simple update would have kept me there but running 23 minutes behind, left in a room with a high energy dog, is not how you do business. To then text (not call) a client and tell them it was less time is like a slap in the face. Great staff overall, but a poorly run business.

This practice was good years ago, but has been terrible lately. Their customer service is non-existent and they can never accommodate your pets. They charge some of the highest prices I've ever paid for sub-par service and depending on who the receptionist is you might be treated rudely as well. They try to find any opportunity to get you to pay for extra vet exams even when you have just had your pet examined. OMG where do I start. My first and only visit was a freekn nightmare! Not only that, the main vet, a woman with gray hair was the one treating my dog. She was so outwardly rude to me why? Because I had a Trump shirt on. she was repulsed the moment she walked in the exam room. That was my only crime. But I came in for my dog, not me. She was also in a hurry to make her flight to DC because she was going to an anti-Trump demonstration. Go to this vet if you enjoy seeing your pet suffering excruciating pain and irritation, taking time out of your workday to go to appointments, and spending thousands of dollars. We got a dog six months ago. Everyone in the neighborhood recommended this vet. The dog was initially coughing when drinking water. By the end of six months, the problem was so bad that the dog was coughing, choking, and gagging frequently through most of the day. After rescuing our dog, we took her to this clinic because it was close and had good reviews. The incessant marketing emails were an early turnoff, but I was willing to overlook that so long as the quality of care was good. However, the last time she was there we had a strange encounter, and it made us try a different clinic. (When the vet came back to see us, our dog wasn't with her. Ok I've been taking my dog here since he was a pup. The first doctor I saw was a friendly man and I liked him but he's not always at this location. I keep getting stuck with the same doc and I do not like her. This last visit was my last. I told the in-take tech that I made his food but also gave my dogs a multivitamin. She took my dog back gave him shits and then the doc comes in and hands me a post-it not with a website on it. Turns out the website tells you that you need to buy their vitamins. Feels like a scam to me... read more

Had to bring my dog in twice! Pay for two appointments for them to tell me to go see a specialist!!! Waste of money! Waste of time! All they care about is taking your money.
