Diy Transport made my first time shipping for two Toyota cars extremely easy and risk free. Mike from Diy transport is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable as well. Both the vehicles picked up on the day committed at the time of booking and delivered in just 4 Calendar days (5 days in advance as per the timeline mentioned in the booking contract). Chris B was very helpful from the get go. He was very knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently to line up a driver to get our vehicle to Colorado from Maryland. DIY Transport was also the cheapest that I could find. Efficient and cheap is the way to go! If I may include that the driver they found was great! My vehicle made it to its final destination perfectly. Thank you DIY Transport.

He left no questions unanswered and was also not agressive as he believes in his company versus competitors. The responsiveness and customer service was very good. The driver contracted showed up on time, transit was only two days, as promised, and delivery was on time. No other issues and no damage. I have to say the rate was outrageous but as DIY is a broker, that's not something they control. I could not have accomplished this on my own.

Picked up two autos on requested date in Spokane, WA and delivered two autos in Diamondhead, MS in excellent condition at a very reasonable price. I would use them again and recommend them.
