Carrier that was assigned was not good. Bad communication, does not speak English, lied about pick up time and date, and damaged car during transport. Called in a claim before taking delivery during inspection and was told to pay the balance and they would file the claim. I called Easy Auto Ship on 12-28-2024. I needed my two vehicles shipped from ** to **. I wanted them shipped on 1-3-2025(Friday). The gentleman that I spoke with stated that he would add Thursday and Saturday to the time frame as well. I asked if my vehicles would be shipped on one of those days, he stated YES. Easy Auto was easy to deal with. No issues with them. But the other company that they contracted out to to actually transport my vehicle is another story. Rude on the phone, and didn't seem to care at all when they were two days late delivering my vehicle. I understand now why this company was one of the least expensive. You get what you pay for I suppose.
Absolute ***** experience ever. The shipper they hired destroyed 2 of our vehicles, dismantled the electronics in my ******** smashed up our ********* This company is claims they have insurance however the company they hired is not cooperating . I will not recommend the service to any of my friends or coworkers . The carrier failed to pickup on time. Over the replaced carrier was very professional and delivered the next day. Everything went well with the second carrier after they canceled my order.

This is a terrible company to work with. They quoted me $1100 to ship my car from ******** to *******. I thought it a good price and mentioned it to a friend. They called two days later and were quoted $850. Wait. It gets worse. When they came to pick up my car the driver said because my golf clubs were in the car I had to pay him an extra $100 in cash. My car was suppose to get here in two days and it took over two weeks. They hire out drivers so once the car is in that drivers possession they cannot help you with your car besides calling the driver. In my case, they couldnt communicate with the driver since he did not speak English. I personally had to reach out to him and use ****** translate. The driver kept saying he was broken down.

I had excruciatingly painful experience. I would start by saying that I was lied and given false promise my car will be picked up and will be delivered the next day and to make sure either me or someone should be present at the delivery address. Also I wasn't aware that they use broker to transport my car and I found out later the day the car supposed to be picked up. These people are not what you think it is talking bout 1100. $1100 to transport a car ***** is actually a ridiculously low price, considering most drivers usually take cross-country trips at .50-1.00 per mile. We are an auto transport broker, not the carrier company who is transporting the vehicle. Their truck broke down, which we have no control over, and that was the reason for their delay.
