Awful experience. They told me multiple things that ended up being untrue. Easy auto ship will tell you things to sell you on the deal, and then they end up being untrue. They lied to me about the amount of insurance on my car if something were to happen, the time frame on which my car would be delivered, and how I could pay for it. I would never use this company again.
My Vehicle Vehicle damaged. Once I connected to their customer support for claim department they denied to move forward for insurance coverage
Vehicle arrived damaged. Was told at signing it was insured but it is not!
Dented up my roof with a loose cable of some sort . 6k damage, and they immediately denied my claim and driver delivered ****** vehicle and held my key hostage till I pay and sign BOL, and I still havent received. Drive it yourself where ever it needs to go
Poor communication. Poor quality at the end. The underbelly of our car was partly missing and hanging off. We got on the freeway to drive and it was dragging. We had to pull over on the freeway and then at a gas station, then ultimately ended up at mechanic. They replaced the missing bolt and we had to pay out of pocket for a new underbelly. The company did nothing about it. I would not recommend this service.
They fail to honor their contracts, and give you the run around about payments. Their accounting team did not process a payment on time even though all documents were delivered on time, and the vehicle was delivered on time. I would have in the past recommended them, but after recent events cannot in good faith do so.
It started out good, but the wife's contact was canceled at the last minute. I call to see if the car was picked up from the staging area. It was, but it went to ********* before heading to **********. Call them and was told that they will be able to drop it off to my location for a fee(because of the empty spot they would not be able to fill), I told them what about the deposit, she told me it was the brokerage's part. I had a great experience with Easy Auto Shipping, **** was great very professional, easy to speak with polite in all ways, the driver was the most amazing person i ever meant he was on time with my car the pick up and drop off as well, ****** thank you so much and **** too you are the best, listen i rate Easy Auto a 10+ i would recommended them to anyone looking car shipping thanks again Easy Auto Shipping.
Pickup was delayed by 2 days, delivery delayed by a day (I had to rent a car) and car came with a paint / scratch / damage issue near the trunk and a big damage / scratch on the right side doors. Now they are not ready to process my claims request, the driver tricked me by giving me a discount of 200 while delivering and said you take to the auto shop and tell us how much they are quoting and then we will discuss it further.
