First, let me say that I got what I paid for - my truck moved from one state to another. 5 stars on that part. Secondly, if that was all I had to review, then not another word needs to be said. However, outside of the actual move itself, the customer service and treatment by the transport companies should be reviewed (A1A Transport.) Salesman are pleasant to deal with (of course) but when you have to deal with the actual movers, be prepared for terse and unpleasant interactions. Terrible. They didn't know where my car was, they told me that it was delivered when it hadn't been. They don't have GPS tracking. They hung up on me several times. If your rep is Daniel R***** BEWARE. He's not responsive, doesn't give you updates on anything, and hangs up on you when you call him directly. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.

After choosing and then cancelling another auto transport based on terrible reviews and lack of a legit contract, I called Easy Auto Ship. They have a professional setup that includes a down payment and paperwork (something most auto transports don't do). There was no surprise price increase, and my vehicle arrived two days earlier than scheduled. I recieved constant updates from the agent. I would not recommend anyone else!
Before this move, I had no experience whatsoever with shipping a car and had no idea what to look for or expect. I spent about a month looking at various companies and trying to figure out what I should know before booking. Things I learned: 1. Most, if not all, these companies are brokers. You cannot book directly with the carriers. You book through broker and usually your deposit goes to them. Do not use this company. Hidden fees no communication. Use at your own risk!
Would not recommend them!! Communications stopped the moment they got my $$. Di d not know what was going on with the carrier they booked my vehicle on! Terrible
