Very poor service and try to avoid this shipping company! My vehicle was picked two days later after schedule pickup date and for DELIVERY, driver asked to come to the yard for pickup. I feel cheated after doing business with this company

Terrible experience with this company. Left me standing without a auto ship for my car. At the 9th hour of my move I had to get Uhaul to add a car transport that I will have to drive through treacherous rodes going through Montana. I'm a senior citizen and I find this appalling that this company will do this to people who are depending on them. This company made my move a nightmare.

Horrible company dont Trust any thing they say. After they take the first payment the dont care about any thing. They would not even answer phone that is how bad they are

I had checked into so many transport companies to ship our daughters car to Fort Lauderdale . Easy auto ship had good reviews and I talked to a representative several times before choosing them. Time came for pick up and day after day no word, so I called to follow up. I was assured there was no problem at all. They would be there with in the next day or so. Stressed to me not to worry that they understand my concern. This went on and then my daughter went to move in. I continued following up daily . No driver is picking it ... read more

Aloha, I scheduled pickup and delivery for 29 July. Eady Auto failed to get my vehicle picked up within the 4 days of free storage allotted. Sometime later i was assessed a 120 storage fee at the port. My shipment coordinator Dan D**** made guarantees that were never fulfilled, and communication was always one way from me to him. I called and spoke with his manager Brandon and within 10 minutes had my pick up date scheduled - after nearly 8 days of no communication from Dan D****. Car arrived in a timely manner but customer service was terrible. No one followed through on anything they said they would. Original quote was a lie and ended up being more expensive. After car arrived, the man who dropped off my car contacted to inform me he lost my check and wanted me to send him money directly. I contacted Easy Auto Ship to complain and was told I would receive a call back to discuss this but never received a call. Hasan really helped me out with shipping my car from Connecticut to Las Vegas! When the original driver for my vehicle couldn't come to pick up (circumstances beyond his control), Hasan worked hard to find another driver that could pick up before my flight.

DO NOT USE THIS BROKER! They are unprofessional and run a careless business. I used DIY Transport to ship my car across the country. The carrier they hired ended up giving my car to another carrier (I was totally unaware of this). The second carrier expected to be paid on delivery. They held my car hostage for two day while I tried to work with DIY to figure out what was going on. Eventually, I paid a second fee (an additional $1250!!) to get my car back. This company is the absolute worst! I booked with this company under the agreement that my vehicle will be provided to me within 4 days. The agreement was for me to pay $1375.00 for 4 days. Now 7 DAYS IN, no one can get in contact with the driver for several days and DIY doesn't know where my vehicle is or can get in contact with the driver. It happens that the driver that was originally booked was no longer able to take the contract and they moved my vehicle to another company with a longer transit time without telling me. ... read more
