After the driver opened the passenger door while loading some personal contents that belonged to the **** ********* he didn't shut it properly which caused the door to fly open on the highway and denting the door to where it can not open. This company gave me one bud, promised to pick it up and no communication and then I call the very next week and now the price went up, promising to pick it up. Two unfamiliar drivers (inexperienced) picked it up and said it will be dropped off within two weeks. Two weeks go by and my uncle or I heard from the two men. ******* at Easy Auto Ship is a nice guy, however I would NEVER again use this company to ship a vehicle for me. They changed carriers without notifying me, didn't show up the date/time I paid EXTRA for. Eventually showed up 24 hours later.I paid $200 to have the vehicle ('66 **** Galaxy Convertible) detailed prior to delivery. This is a horrible fraudulent car shipping company. They were supposed to ship my car from Washington to ********. They kept lying and telling me different prices after I locked in a price with them. They are crooks and try taking your money. I ended up driving my vehicle instead of paying an additional $500 on top of what they quoted me. Dont waste your time or money on these scumbags. They picked up and arrived on the dates they had said they would. Price was exactly what they said it would be. My only problem was the communications with the carrier they used. Their phone numbers they gave me to use went into answering machines and the message was never returned. Once I had a kitten shipped from ******* to ****. They gave me an app that I could track the carrier so I could set my schedule. It did not cost anything. It seems like EasyAutoShip should look into this option.

They got the job done but it was extremely stressful. After giving them almost 2 weeks notice I still had no carrier the day I was moving out despite my pickup window being scheduled to end the day before. I ended up having to wait for the carrier with my U-Haul hours after I had moved out of my house. It required me to rearrange my out of state move the day of and put me behind on my drive. Next time I'll contact a carrier directly.
Terrible business. Prices were not very clear on shipping. Prices kept increasing..All employees that work at this business, told me different stories, each time that I called.
