There was dog hair all over the couch. It was just a sheet over the mattress which balled up as you slept. The front desk told us the products in the refrigerator were included with the upgraded room only to find out they weren't. So I would look elsewhere.
Room was dirty
The casino is ok. But the rooms are very dated and smelled like cigarettes.
Elevator not working properly we had to wait 8-10 minutes for the door to open. In the room a very loud noise from the AC unit. It was really hard to sleep I even woke up with a headache.
Room 444 HVAC unit noisy and a clicking noise kept us up most of the night
Clean, but outdated Room was clean, but out of date. About what you should expect from an old Reno hotel. Showers are built for a 4ft tall person. At check out there was no one present at the front desk.
The room was nasty, so dirty. Mold on the walls and around vents. Carpet was ripped. Finger prints and human bodily fluids on appliances. Definitely not worth $300 a night. Flet like i paid $30 for a room. So nasty and gross.
