Very Disappointed! Before booking I called the Hotel and asked if the pool will be open. I was told it will be and was also told the hours it will be open too . When we got there we went to the pool , there was a sign saying “closed for the season” . Totally wrong information given by front desk staff . I was charged resort fee. Room was clean and spacious..

Very Poor It was dirty floor had glass on it sheets smelled like old cigarettes. Room was facing a wall. The biggest thing was a dog that was howling and crying all night . When I called security they did not respond and I waited another hour. Then I spoke with security again they were defensive rude very unprofessional that is when I went to the front desk after I had to find myself which room this was coming from. Poor The room was very small. The walls were thin, we heard every door close in the hall. Very disappointed in the El Dorado hotel.
