pleasant enough if you don't require/expect (minimal) baggage assistance. Or avg slot payout. 65 yr old female, alone late at night I had to carry my luggage from parking garage across the street. No option to drop bags at desk or with valet until I parked my own car. Valet parking closed but no attendant on duty just a sign "only 7 diamond club member parking available" blocking entrance (garage). Above The room next door and across the hall we being refurbished and the staff was working before 8am. Unable to speak with staff because only one wooker Location and ev charger

Not comfortable. All terrible. Dirty bottle cap on the couch that was not ours. Top of the tables were dusty. Part of the lights didn't work. The lighting in the bathroom was awful. All in all, probably one of the worst hotels i've ever stayed in. Nothing. In fact, I woke up at 7 o'clock in the morning turned to my husband and said, let's get the hell out of here. Normally I like to hang out as long as possible until check out time. But this place was an exception. Never again.

Did not enjoy The location, too many homeless people in the area. it gave a dirty aspect , the luxury room was pretty outdated as room looked old , bathroom doorknob was falling apart. The food breakfast restaurant downstairs made me sick. Did not like the place over all Nothing much

Not worth the price Smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. One night when I came back from a conference my room smelled like weed. I think it was coming through the air system. I stayed here several years ago, and had a good experience but it's gone downhill fast. Elevators in the parking garage were filthy and disgusting. Clean room
