Ok time property could’ve been better. Trash,rude customer service, beds were super uncomfortable for a premium room, also shower leaked on floor. Literally had only one decent interaction with staff my whole trip. Nice server lady who was serving drinks in high limit room.

Calefacción no calentaba lo suficiente, pasé mala noche y tenía una larga semana de reuniones. La calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba bien. Al ser de madrugada, cuando no podía dormir, llamé a front desk pero no contestaban, tuve que llamar un par de veces. Cuando me respondieron, la única solución era llevar más cobertores a la habitación. Tan solo ese trasiego afectó mi sueño durante todo el viaje de negocios.
