Poor Smoky, dirty, loud, ill-mannered guests. What do you expect, it's a casino.

Good value, friendly service, wonderful city view from 19th floor room. Would return again. The elevators were so slow every day, so there were long wait times. It seems that not all 6 elevators in lobby were working. The smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere. It’s understandable that there are smokers downstairs on the casino level. However the 19th floor (room and hallway), 5th floor, and lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke every day, though the hotel rooms were non-smoking room. Disappointing Stated in paragraph above already bad The lady that check me wrote skyline elevator and told wrong directions to get to room so total was lost stay 424 finally after 45 minutes of trying to get to our wjen I ask two other works and the lady looked at the room number. And apologies for new worker Kendal that is new told us wrong plus she told me I didn't have other reservations for tomorrow and she no cause made her check in my name and phone number she said and I did have another night and was charged on the Se... read more

Leider viel schlechter als erwartet Leider war unser Zimmer zu den Klimageräten und Belüftungsschächten raus, daher war es extrem laut und man konnte kaum schlafen. Ein Zimmer Wechsel war leider nicht möglich sagte uns die Rezeption. Die Verbindungstür in das fremde Nebenzimmer konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden, zu mal unsere Nachbarn leider auch sehr laut waren. Fair No room service. Old decor. Raw bacon on our breakfast order. Hair in our salad. Room was comfortable.

Liked Reno, liked the Casino, would not stay there again See above. Location was great and the casino had good food. The room needed a good clean. The carpet was really dirty. Hair dyer didn’t work and I have very long hair. I called the front desk but was told they would fix it AFTER we checked out. They were not concerned about my needs.

Overwhelming experience , no enjoyable food available to after 10pm It had very old vibe, shower worked like they have been broken, restaurants close at 10pm, so the only food you can get is sugar full treats at Central Cafe Staff was positive
