The service getting into the room was fine, aside from that it was unimpressive to frustrating. We woke up early to hit the road only to find our shower didn’t work at all.
Fun times at hot august nights 2025 Do to the event I was going for which was hot august nights in reno nevada, the hotel decided to change their early reservations fee from $37 to $51 plus taxes. My room was awesome, except for the jets on the tub didn't work.
Found some strange dirt in the bed. Thought it might have been bedbug droppings. They didn’t have an organized protocol in dealing with the situation and came off as unprofessional. Place was dead on a weekend. So sad as it was used to be a lively and friendly place with previous ownership. It needs a remodel and refreshing. If it wasn’t for the assistant manger Alicia’s efforts they’d be down to one star.

The property was fine, it was walking outside the property, crazy ass homeless people yelling and flecking out.
Incident Well, we got stuck in one of there elevators for awhile… had to call the front desk then security so they could send someone (no compensation given just the run around). Rooms comfortable, pool quite small for how many rooms they have so it was packed.
My score was solely based on the room. Did not get what was advertised in the pictures of a small sofa couch for the room and we did not have AC until a mechanic was available to come. Room was 80 for 2 hours. Bathroom separate section with the toilet and tub had water on the floor already upon arrival. Too tired to request another room and dealt with it but the shower was not safe. No slip guard on shower floor and curtain did not keep water in.
