We felt insignificant and ignored The toilet was broken, so we had to go downstairs to use a toilet. Called twice to have someone fix it but no one showed. It broke at 4:00 in the morning, so we were not motivated to change rooms. There was also trash left in one of the dresser drawers and someone else's dirty socks left under one of the beds. My sister discussed all this with a manager who said he would compensate us, but we were charged the full price that Booking.com quoted us. We would have ignored the socks and trash, b... read more

Bad The smell of cigarettes completely takes over the room and whole experience. I am not sure if the towels and sheets are being washed properly because they stink.

Not impressed The room was not clean. Someone else’s hair clip was left in the bathroom. First sign the room was not clean. Couldn’t find the ice bucket until it was noticed in the bathroom. That is just gross! Why would the ice bucket be in the bathroom? All the toilet germs on that bucket!! Yuck!! The heater/ac unit had a tick. Had to turn it off just to not hear it.
