It was just okay. Don't think I will be back. The beds were old and saggy. The whole place is looking tired and worn. The downtown area is unsafe. Lots of homelessness and violent crime. All three casinos being under one roof. No need to step outside.

Would not recommend The room was freezing, and I had to call maintenance. Only one bell man working, shower was built for a very small person. Our room was very small. Could use some serious upgrades.

Nickel and dime you, will never stay there again $39 a day for things we didn't need,toll phone calls, limo to airport, Location

We will not be back. Old, air conditioner didn’t work, coke machine didn’t work. Only good thing was the bucket of ice I could get to cool down. Hotel lobby hard to find. Way too many arrows and “find it”. Location

If there is no guarantee on type of room, then that should be clearly stated at reservation. I reserved a King room and was given a room with two queens. The hotel said they reserve the right to place guests in any room. 1) A king room was more expensive than two queens when I booked. 2) What is the point of reserving? Location is good.

Disappointing Room was fine..alot of heat coming in the single pane glass..curtains worked but flashing pink lights on outside window sill..bathroom/ shower water water a bit hard to adjust the knob spun around and pulled out...pool was closed too sadly on check in 7 pm and too late in the morning 9am.could not use the pool..went to sister hotel but also closed and did not like us asking for " sister hotel use".
