Tiny room doesn’t work in a chair I’d requested a handicap accessible room I was stuck in a petite room where I wasn’t even able to get around in my wheelchair. I cannot get into the bathroom in my wheelchair alone into the shower. Property was very clean. Staff was great.

This place is underwhelming at best. There where 2 stains on my bed sheets, even after reporting it to staff. It took 2 days for my sheets to be changed. One of the main escalators where out the entire time. How close we where to the bowling alley

Bad Got there to check in around 5 pm. Had my confirmation email in hand, and the desk clerk proceeds to tell me I do not have a reservation with them. She says my reservation is with Circus Circus. She says there is nothing she can do. I have to go to that hotel. Mind you, I have my reservation and confirmation number that clearly states Eldorado Hotel. Thankfully, Circus Circus was able to accommodate me, and they even confirmed that I had booked at Eldorado. I will not be booking with Eldorado in the future. I'm still wai... read more

Terrible, Horrible, disgusting staff The everything our room wasn’t the room I paid for nor did it have my requested requirements I need as a person with disabilities the staff was not accommodating and very very rude and disrespectful with the exception of Justine in Valet and our Maid who attended to my needs as best they could.
