AC has not worked for 2 days!! Had someone try and fix it but it didn’t work, absolutely miserable 😭
Hidden charges add to the "Total Price"... One thing I can't stand is extra charges especially when they are hidden. Good for Hotels.com trying to give "The Total Price" but when we checked out and had the receipt emailed there were additional charges such as "Room Fees" of $35 which was in addition to the "Resort Fee" that I was advised of prior. More additional fees added an additional $45.
I was disappointed with the casino didn’t even let u enjoy l playing that I shd just send the money it don’t even let me play with their moneys little or bonuses or win a little nothing that’s very boring
Pool closed at the hotel. Still charged full resort fee which included use of pool. Even though I left a day early still charged resort fee for day i wasn't there. Claimed that I didn't check out even though I sent them final invoice showing I did. What a rip off.
Had to change rooms twice. First room smelled like cigarettes so bad it made me cough. Second room had a toilet that didn't flush and AC did not work. 3 room was run down, but the toilet & AC worked so we stayed. My car was hit in the parking garage causing significant damage. Security took my information, but said i have to file a police report before they will look at surveillance to get a license plate number of the car that hit & damaged my parked car.
Self check in was ot working due to technical issues.
Nothing like what was asvertised.
