Very Poor They say room service and there was not Wasn't loud

Might stay again but not at the end of the hallway or Mybe stay at the silver legacy Construction noise woke me up both mornings Super noisy like construction in the am something loader then a vacuum and the hallway noise was super load elevator was messed up and are room key cards didn’t work and we had to go all the way down stairs to get them reset other then that like the area and gambling area and the bar

We not make this mistake again Extremely small room, shower wouldn’t drain. While waiting for airport shuttle a mouse was in the waiting room area. Homeless guys were sitting in this area as well warming up. The shuttle left at 4 am which is what I needed. Early airport shuttle

Most likely will not stay at the Eldorado again. HVAC system could not be adjusted lower than 60 degrees and was VERY noisy. System (fan) could not be turned off either. Pillows were too thick but this is a personal preference. Room key card would not operate the elevator every time, and twice had to have someone else use their card. Not much variety of food after 10pm. Had to go to the other casinos to find any. Close to other Casinos

Very Poor That our booking was messed up they didn’t put us in a room had no cold water whatsoever. Cannot take a shower bath or brush your teeth. The staff gave us a discount on the night, which I really appreciated
