While the hotel is semi updated it is still very outdated . Needs to be revamped a little with new carpets, tile and color in the rooms. The room was a very nice size , the bed was comfortable but the shower enclosure was dated and dingy as was the huge tube in the room. The Jett’s

Needs some TLC While overall our stay was pretty good, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and the pillows were great. Bedding was clean, stocked with plenty of towels. Charged and charged again Booked through hotels.com they charged me up front and the hotel charged us when we got there otherwise no room and neither will refund us or resolve this issue never staying again.
After driving for 5 hours from the Bay Area -it took forever to find parking in their garage. - - Then at check in the self check in doesn’t work if you tap your card - no one tells you this - we finally got a live agent who was so annoyed we had to use her - the initial room they gave us wasn’t even cleaned - we were given another room but the bathtub would do this weird loud spontaneous plumbing noise waking us up at 7 am Not coming back

I hate to say this because I must have accidentally booked a smoking room. To be honest, in this day and age I didn't even realize those still existed. Literally the most disgusting room I've ever experienced. I woke up and my eyes and lungs are still burning. I hope in the future you do away with that. No one should be sleeping in those conditions and breathing that all night. I truly feel sick from it. Very much disappointed.
