Walk your casino and look around. The casino was absolutely filthy. FILTHY! I was playing the Roulette and Craps machines near the pit and they were so dirty with ashes, etc. I left a straw and toothpick on an ashy machine and the next day when I played the same ashes and toothpick were still there. Hire staff to clean!!! disgusting
There was loud music coming from a speaker right beside our room at 1:00am with zero warning. Went on for hours.
Room needs a refurbishing.
No heat in the room. The thermostat was set to max when I arrived, but it was so cold in the room (~48 degrees) that I had to sleep in a heavy jacket. They fixed it the next day, but I was fed-up and checked-out early.
This place needs to be remodel very soon.
Coffee machine did not work in our room , I was looking to make my coffee
When we arrived they said they didn’t have a room we reserved (one with a king bed) ready so it would be an hour wait. We came with friends who booked the same room and they got to go right up to their room. We waited and when we got to our room it reeked of cigarettes and even though it was supposed to be a non smoking floor. When we called they said there was nothing they could do about it except move us to a whole other hotel?! When we asked for compensation they couldn’t compensate us because we booked through Expedia.
