I reserved a NON-SMOKING room and when I checked in the front desk gave me a SMOKING room. Of course, the smell was terrible. I called front desk to request a change to another room because the smell was causing me headaches the manager JAMES very rudely told me that I had to stay there because they did not have more rooms available and even though I reserved a non smoking room, the hotel does not guarantee that, they will provide a room yes but just what is available. Stay at El Dorado The service was good but the room is old and faded needs to be upgraded
