Stay away from Booking.com! Your description of the room was not at all accurate, you over price the room, I will not be going through Booking.com anymore The hotel tried to make it right but still did not get what I booked through Booking.com

Will not stay here again. Paid a lot of money for a horrible room. Room smelled bad and was outside of an employee break area which led to loud noise. Beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were like rocks. There was no soap to wash ours hands had to ask for it. Location was ok

Very Poor エルドラドのスタッフが、シャトルバスについてきちんと把握できていない。 停車場所がWest 4th streetとN sierra streetの2ヶ所あり、運転手の采配で変わる。 シャトルバスはシルバーレガシーで乗るのが確実。 部屋が乾燥しすぎていて、日本人には過ごしにくい 見た目

I was disappointed with the hotel over all. It was way over priced for the condition. I would not stay there again Room was outdated and cleaning service was terrible. Basically just changed the towels and some what made the bed daily, they did not even bother tucking the sheets back in properly Location was perfect.
