I hate the smell of cigarettes so I wouldn’t stay there again. Everything smelled like cigarettes! Bed was really comfortable, water in the shower was super hot.

A cheap awful hotel with rude check in staff and bad smells all over The casino / hotel was very musty and in order to disguise this stench they put some awful cheap room deodorizer in the AC units Especially the casino was so bad that I couldn’t stay there any longer The check in staff was very rude to us. I asked her a question and instead of explaining it to me she just repeated the same answer. Very rude. No friendly how are you ? How can I help you ? The room was clean and the micro brewery food was very good

Overpriced and rooms are really old. Doors broken and carpet all dirty. Room was non smoke and still had a light smell o The property is so outdated. It’s old and the rooms weren’t that clean That is connected to other casinos. The location is good.

Bad How this booking wS handled When we got there they told us we had no reservation that we were at Silver Legacy

Nasty , bad moments and never recommended to anyone The front desk lady , young lady (Saturday 12 at 10 pm)asiatic very rude, she Kick out us , I was in shock we already have a reservation also everything paid in advance. But she just said we don’t have anything. I try to many time fix the problem and I told her we have the confirmation number and my emails and she just ignored. El Dorado SUCKS!! Everything.. No microwave or refrigerator. No food vouchers. Not very much. I thought l would like it better.

Had fun but they charged for every little thing. At check in, paid extra for early arrival room not ready, was three hours later. Valets told me to pay him the ten dollars but I added to the room. 6 hours later went to get vehicle and valets wanted to charge me again. I told them to check that I paid already, look at the room bill were it was added. Was told to pay again or show him the receipt. Poor management Fun, lots to do between casino and games
