We definately know where NOT to stay if we return to Reno. The room smelled of stale smoke. The mattress in the bed was lumpy and was larger than the box spring so you felt like you were falling off if it if u were at the edge. Not fitted mattress pad or fitted sheets so they kept coming undone. Shower head was on backwards and the height of it was mid shoulder on me. And I am not a tall person. But I had to squat ti wash my hair. My husband and son practically had to kneel. No fan in the bathroom. Not place to hang towels t... read more

Fair The size of the room. I stayed in a room smaller than my closet. Was not comfortable for 2 people. The shower head was at my face and I’m 5’3”. I had to bend down to wash my hair.

todo está lindo pero cuando uno paga depósito no se lo regresan . yo deje el cuarto limpio sin nada dañado y se quedaron pague 200 de depósito y no me lo regresaron todo lindo pero la mentira de lo que me avían dicho no me gusto

NOT WHAT YOU EXECPT AT ALL. The staff was very unfriendly too all, very understaff as well, hot tub was out of order, rooms were not was i was execpting, acs was not working that well in all the rooms. Only one person running the front counter is unprofressiinal. The location of the Hotel, of where we as a group was bowling
