Front staff were terrible
In my opinion, they charged us a fee, which is supposed to be included when paying for the room. They gave us a room where the TV had no control, there was no microwave, the refrigerator did not work, the shower extractor did not work, etc. I have been in other hotels where they give better service, and cheaper, what a pity I had very high expectations about that hotel. I am sure that I will not stay there again. I prefer the RAMADA.
Room was not adequate and noisy
Very poor service Wast tups full of water and it not draining and we have have to take shower pools of water and we reported to front desk but still no one care about it
Although I forgot to put out the “do not disturb sign”… the cleaning person knocked at 8:30 in the morning and actually opened my door. Not okay for a million reasons. Check out time was not until 12:00 pm.
Very noisy on the heater 😇
The room was clean. The bad things were the coffee maker was broken and I love my coffee. There was a leak in the bathroom around the toilet so my feet got wet in the middle of the night. We let the front desk know.
We had topay extra for a different room
